1955年に長野県松本市を拠点に創業したハシバテクノスは、信州に根ざした地元の工務店です。これまで住宅ブランド「ハシバ木の家」として知られてきましたが、実際には木造はもちろん、S造（鉄骨造）、RC造（鉄筋コンクリート造）の住宅も手がけることができます。その強みを活かすため、ブランド名を「HASHIBA KINOIE」に改名しました。この変更により、「KI＝気」をポジティブなエネルギーとして捉え、幅広いニーズに対応できる工務店であることをアピールしています。
